Is the free plan really free forever?

Answer

Yes. The Free plan supports unlimited event types and unlimited bookings, with full Google Calendar integration. We only charge if you want AI/Claude scheduling, custom branding, or custom email templates on Pro.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Answer

You can start a Pro trial without entering a card. After 14 days, you can choose to subscribe; if you don't, your account drops back to Free with no data loss.

What payment methods do you accept?

Answer

We use Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged at the end of the trial only if you choose to continue.

Can I cancel anytime?

Answer

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal. You keep Pro access until the end of your current period, then revert to Free.

Do you support Outlook or Teams?

Answer

Not yet. Today Meetavel integrates with Google Calendar (auto Google Meet links). Outlook and Microsoft Teams are on the roadmap.

How is "AI scheduling" different from a normal calendar app?

Answer

Meetavel exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to Claude. From any Claude conversation, you can ask "find time for me, Alice and Bob next week" and Claude returns slots ranked by combined pain score across everyone's working hours, then books the meeting — without leaving the chat.

What is "pain score"?

Answer

A score from 0 to 3 we attach to each candidate slot per participant: 0 means it's in their optimal local working hours (9–5), 1 means acceptable (8–7), 3 means a no-go. We sum the scores across participants and rank slots fairly — so meetings don't always land in the host's morning at someone else's 11pm.

Do guests need a Meetavel account to book?

Answer

No. Anyone with your booking link can pick a slot. We auto-detect their time zone and send them a calendar invite when you confirm.
