Upgrade to Pro (or start the trial)

AI/MCP scheduling is a Pro feature. Start a 14-day free trial from your billing page — no credit card required.

2

Open Claude Desktop settings

In Claude Desktop, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. (On claude.ai, go to Settings → Connectors.)

3

Add the Meetavel MCP server

Paste https://meetavel.com/mcp/meetavel as the server URL. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0 — Claude will prompt you to sign in to your Meetavel account once.

4

Try find_collective_availability

In a Claude conversation, ask: "Find time for me, alice, and bob next week, 45 minutes." Claude will call find_collective_availability and return slots ranked by combined pain score across everyone's working hours.

5

Book it

Once you pick a slot, ask Claude to book it: "Book the Tuesday 3pm UTC slot with alice, intro call." Claude calls book_meeting; the booking lands in your Meetavel dashboard, on your Google Calendar, with a Meet link, just like a manual booking.

What MCP tools are available?

  • find_collective_availability— intersect availability across users, ranked by pain score (Pro only)
